Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The successful candidate must possess the following qualities: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills for a demanding and customer focused environment; Proven working experience as a Accounts Receivable Clerk or Collections Specialist; A minimum of an Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is preferred; Good analytical and problem solving skills in addition to the ability to work closely with all levels of the organization; Exceptional experience in MS Excel, Access and Data Entry within a business environment; Working knowledge of accounting software systems, JD Edwards or ERP software; and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor customer accounts and incoming payments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Facilitate timely payment of invoices by sending payment reminders and communicating with customers
  • Review and process account adjustments, small balance write-offs, credit memos, etc.
  • Perform customer reconciliations
  • Resolve customer discrepancies and short payments.
  • Responsible for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
  • Effectively communicate and follow-up with customer service and the sales department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary to support the Accounting Department.

Customer Service Manager

Job Purpose

Support all sales functions in relation to customer satisfaction. Ensure systematic excellence in support of customer service staff and order entry management.

Job Description

Employee in this position will perform all activities necessary to exceed customer fulfilment. Ensure accuracy in sustainability of current processes; while at the same time reviewing options to improve current procedures and / or implementation of new. Works with manufacturing and the external sales team to safeguard commitments are achieved.

Reports to: Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates and implements new processes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • JDE, or other ERP Skill base and CRM expert and liaison.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving resources.
  • KPI creation and management.

Requirements

Must have at least ten years of strong proven managerial experience in customer service, order entry and performance management. Must be a driven, highly-motivated individual demonstrating attention to detail along with strong people management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must; includes reporting, email, meetings, etc.

Computer Systems Engineer

Job purpose

Establishes and maintains the enterprise’s needs for computer hardware, software and networking. Develop, test, install, and configure new or existing computer and networking methods.

Reports to: Infrastructure Manager

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation
  • Infrastructure defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
  • Maximizes infrastructure performance by monitoring performance.
  • Troubleshooting infrastructure problems and outages; scheduling upgrades.
  • Collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network services, hardware, systems, and software for networks.
  • Cisco Phone system maintenance and support
  • Monitor network usages by employees and devices
  • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
  • Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, firewall protection.
  • Coordinate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolutio
  • Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience.
  • Assist the system admin, help desk staff in problems that are beyond their scope or skill set.

Recommended Hardware\Software Skills

  • Cisco ASA’s, wireless controllers, wireless access points, routers, and switches

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Enterprise products (Windows Server, SQL, and Exchange)
  • Deep understanding of VMware (vSphere, network virtualization, and storage virtualization)
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols (DMVPN, IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
  • Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related subject (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
  • Ability to obtain a Valid Passport when needed
  • Must live in the Dayton / Cincinnati Area

CNC EDM Sink (AC) Machinist

Dayton Progress is the leading international manufacturer of tools and tooling components for the metal stamping and plastic molding industries. We have immediate openings for CNC EDM Operators. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years’ experience in setup and operating CNC sinkers; must be capable of running multiple machines and holding tight tolerance and fine finishes; must have the ability to perform own measurements to verify results; Makino and Charmilles experience is a plus; must have a HS Diploma/GED, and pass a drug test. Expectations include troubleshooting problems such as DC Arching, Electrode buildup and pitting, and take corrective action with little or no assistance.

2nd Shift available: 3PM – 11PM
Training will be on 1st shift: 7AM – 3PM

Must be available to work weekends and overtime if required.

High Speed Precision Machinist

We are seeking an experienced precision high speed surface grinder machinist. The successful candidate must possess the following qualities: Perform set-up and operation of all grinding capabilities to various tool steels, including but not limited to: flat grinding, complex intricate shape grinding, and low speed and high speed in a production environment; Must be able to work to close tolerances in the range of .0001" - .0002"; Ability to achieve fine finishes is a plus; Mechanically inclined and have experience reading blueprints along with moderate math (Geometry) skills; and be available to work 2nd shift (3:30pm - 12:00am).
