Special Tooling

Delivering a new level of quality services–Dayton today

Dayton Lamina has a long-time reputation as a quality manufacturer and a leader in the metal stamping industry. Today, however, our markets and the needs of our customers are changing more rapidly than ever. That means more new products, higher quality, and an even higher level of service and support.

Dayton maintains the industry's largest inventory of punches and other die-set stamping products; yet we are well known as innovators and developers of "special" tooling for unique manufacturing applications. Over the years, many of our "special" tools have been added to our extensive line of standard products.

Today, we are focusing more closely on the development and manufacture of this "special" tooling. We are taking a more proactive role in developing new applications. We are looking closely at emerging and developing markets. We are placing a stronger emphasis on working partnerships with our customers. And we are offering more new ideas–and more new products–than ever before.

Meeting the "special" tooling needs of today's manufacturers

Today's consumers demand more. More new products. Higher quality products. And often more products for less money.

In order to stay competitive–often to stay in business–today's manufacturers expect their suppliers to provide better, faster, and more cost-effective ways to produce and deliver those products.

If your company has "special" tooling needs, Dayton Lamina can help. We have the experience and resources to provide new product applications, improved in-plant quality and performance, and reduced operating costs.
