Portable Electronic Die Setter - 4 Cylinders

One compact, low profile wheeled cabinet contains all the equipment you need for all the punch spotting, die setting and die separation jobs in your shop. This die setter is completely portable with self-retracting hose reels and pendant.

Each Die Setter has two modes of operation:

  1. Unify Mode - Cylinders will extend until each makes contact with the die; cylinders will subsequently lift uniformly, creating a synchronous lifting system.
  2. Parallel Mode - Cylinders will extend uniformly, at the same rate, and act as a synchronous jacking system. To initiate this mode, cylinders must be fully extended or fully retracted.

Portable Electronic Die Setter - 6 Cylinders

The 6 cylinder Electronic Die Setter is best suited for larger, heavier stamping dies that require extra lift at the center to keep the die level during separation. It is ideal for dies that have six safety pad areas. The 6 cylinder die setter offers additional flexibility as it can be used with 4 cylinders or 6 cylinders for a lift capacity of 30 or 45 tons respectively. The unit can also act as a synchronous jacking system.

Portable Hydraulic Die Separator

The Lamina die separator offers a portable die separation solution for dies weighing 2,500 lbs. and up. Two die separator models are available: a 15 ton maximum lift capacity and a 30 ton maximum lift capacity die separator. The die separator is completely portable with self-retracting hose reels and pendant. The hydraulic die separator can be used for any lifting application where a synchronous lifting or synchronous jacking system is required. The compact, wheeled cabinet contains all the equipment you need for any die separation job.

Hydraulic Cylinders for Die Separator and Die Setter

Lamina hydraulic cylinders include three stock sizes of 4", 6" and 9" (closed) with a stroke range of 1½" to 6¼". Capacity per cylinder is 15,000 lbs. Other hydraulic cylinder sizes and strokes available by special order. Cribbing rings, pads, and accessories are available for all hydraulic cylinders.

Portable Hydraulic Drill, Drill Heads, and Drilling Equipment

Lamina manufactures a durable, high-power Portable Hydraulic Drill. By combining power and portability in a single drill, this hydraulic drilling equipment effectively functions in a broad spectrum of applications. The hydraulic drill delivers remarkable power in openings as narrow as 9¼ inches.

Because of its power and versatility, Lamina's portable heavy duty hydraulic drill and tapping equipment is used in many industry sectors including metal stamping, nuclear power, ship building, mining, construction, oil pipelines, oil rigging, and bridge building. Six hydraulic drill heads are available

Six hydraulic drill heads are available as optional equipment. Drill heads are fully interchangeable with the hydraulic power unit and feature quick disconnect fittings so you can use the drill head most suited to your application. Drill heads can be fixtured for special applications and can be ordered without a magnetic base. Manual and manual/automatic power feed drill head models are available.

Portable Hydraulic Power Unit

The Lamina portable hydraulic power unit is suitable for outdoor and indoor use. The hydraulic power unit is mounted on casters and is easily moved right to the job site. The hydraulic power unit is equipped with 15 feet of hydraulic pressure hoses with quick disconnect fittings. The hydraulic power unit is 44.5 inches long x 24.5 inches wide x 54.5 inches high. The Lamina portable hydraulic power unit can be supplied ready for your hydraulic attachments.

Hydraulic Motor - Pedestal Foot Mount GerotorLamina has been manufacturing quality hydraulic motors and portable hydraulic equipment for over 45 years. Lamina hydraulic motors can be found in many industry sectors.

Hydraulic Motors: Short Shaft Flange Mount, Long Shaft Mount and Pedestal Foot Mount

High power in a compact design, these hydraulic motors lend themselves to a host of potential applications. Lamina's gerotor hydraulic motors are available in 6 sizes, with different torques ranging from 0 to 656 in-lbs. and speeds from 0 to 2255 RPM. Hydraulic motors are available with steel or aluminium body.

Hydraulic motors manufactured by Lamina have a main shaft that can be adapted, with a chuck or collet, to hold tools for rotary machining operations, such as drilling, boring, reaming and the like. Motor shaft options include Woodruff key, one or two flats, tapped hole on end of shaft, and larger key on shaft.

Hydraulic Motor Flange Options

Lamina Hydraulic motors are available with your choice of six flange options for direct bolt mounting. Other than the standard round flange, motors can be specified with a square (USA4F17 style), oval (SAE "AA" style), and smaller turned down flange. All flange styles are available in aluminum. The pedestal foot mount motor uses the standard round flange for mounting.

Hydraulic Motor Performance

The rotor gear of these low-weight hydraulic motors rolls through four complete "cycles" for each revolution of the output shaft. Four-times greater torque at one-fourth of the conventional speed is delivered by these hydraulic motors without the use of gear reducers. Lamina hydraulic gerotor motors deliver the same amount of torque as larger hydraulic motors that are often considerably more expensive.

Gerotor Hydraulic Motor

The smooth rotation and long life of Lamina's small hydraulic motor is considered an important plus by application design engineers. Because the hydraulic motor has five fluid chambers, the inherent four-to-one ratio provides twenty fluid power cycles for each revolution of the output shaft. A distinct feature of Lamina hydraulic motors is that these motors have only three moving parts; the motor shaft, the spline drive, and the gerotor star. Fewer moving parts in Lamina's gerotor hydraulic motor greatly extends the motor's service life.

Within the broad range of each gerotor, any torque or speed can be readily secured. Also, the various sizes of gerotors available provide a torque range from 0 to 656 in-lbs. and RPM ranging from 0 to 2255. High selectivity to exactly meet requirements is inherent in these hydraulic motors.

NAAMS Automotive Pins

NAAMS guide posts are manufactured in accordance with the North American Automotive Metric Standards. They are manufactured from high quality hardened steel and finish ground for a high precision finish. Hardness is RC 57-62 with a minimum depth of 0.8 min. These posts are ideally suited for the self-lubricating NAAMS bushings.

To reduce tooling weight, the 100mm and 125mm diameter posts, NPH series, are manufactured with a through hole.

NAAMS Automotive Bushings

Demountable NAAMS bushings are self-lubricating and are available in guide post and pad styles. These bushings fully conform to the NAAMS, GM, Chrysler and Ford standards.

Self-lubricating bushings contain graphite plugs which are impregnated with oil. When the bushings reach 80-90°F as a result of friction between the bushing and guide post, oil is drawn from the plug, thus lubricating the wear surface. A dark smear pattern is created on the wear surface as the oil and graphite are embedded into the bronze or steel grain. This provides the lubrication necessary for continuous performance of the tool.

The ball bearing system includes press fit and demountable guide posts, press fit sleeve and demountable bushings as well as ball cages. The ball bearing guide posts are manufactured from hardened steel to assure free rolling of balls and high wear resistance. Each post is drilled and tapped at the bottom for mounting of the ball cage washer assembly. This unique mounting method permits the ball cage, except when under preload, to freely rotate 360° around the guide post thus eliminating scoring or tracking of the guide post surface. The ball bearings are arranged in the cage in a spiral pattern which also minimizes tracking or grooving and assures uniform wear.

Formathane® Urethane is specially engineered to withstand the rigors of metalforming. It has superior cut, puncture, and abrasion resistance and will not break down leaving particulate debris. Formathane® is corrosion resistant and is unaffected by oil, chemicals, and solvents. Formathane® is available in industry standard shapes and sizes.

Formathane® Die-Cover film prevents die-marks on decorative and pre-painted metals while using your existing dies. Die-cover film is ideal for use in press-brake forming. Die-cover film is available in thicknesses of 0.020” and 0.031” and roll widths of 4, 6, 8, 12 and 36 inch.

Plain Bearing Components

As the premier die components manufacturer, we offer an extensive line of catalog guide posts and bushings in both plain bearing and ball bearing styles, available for immediate delivery.

Our plain bearing guide posts are available in press fit, demountable and removable styles. The press fit and demountable styles are available in commercial and precision series. Precision guide posts are hardened, ground and hard chrome plated to provide an exceptionally smooth, hard wearing surface as well as providing resistance to corrosion, less friction and maintenance of close working fits.

Our plain bearing bushings are available in press fit and demountable styles and are equipped with figure 8 oil grooves and lubrication fittings. Our demountable bushings are available in three profiles, standard, short and extra long shoulder to give optimum flexibility in die set design. The bushings are also available in steel, bronze, bronze-plated and self-lubricating materials and are ideally suited for running with commercial and precision posts. All demountable bushings are pre-fitted to the same diameter guide posts to ensure that the bushings and guide posts of the same diameter are completely interchangeable.

Demountable posts and bushings are tap fit into location and seat flush with the ground face of the punch holder or die shoe. They are held in place with toe clamps and screws which provide perfect alignment of the post and bushing with the bore perpendicular to the ground surface of the punch holder or shoe. The clamp and screws provide four times the holding power compared to pressed-in components, yet they can be easily removed and assembled thus simplifying die building and maintenance.

Aerial & Die Mount Wide Cams

IEM aerial and die mount wide cams have mounting face widths in eight size widths from 500 mm to 1200 mm. Cam angles in 5° increments are available from 0° to 60° for Aerial Cams and 0° to 20° for Die Mount Cams. Rated output force ranges from 325 kN to 930 kN (38 TonF to 95 TonF).

  • Cam angles are in 5° increments – Aerial Cams from 0° to 60°; Die Mount Cams from 0° to 20°.
  • The cams will be categorized by mounting face width, which determines the shut height and overall width.

IEM precision Box Cams have been the leader in the industry for almost 40 years. With a 45 degree interface between driver and slide, the box cam turns vertical press stroke to horizontal work stroke, with a 1 to 1 ratio. Sliding surfaces are self-lubricated for ease of maintenance, and the box cam is offered with either internal or external spring return.

Bump Cams

The bump cam turns vertical press stroke to horizontal work stroke, and is known for the advantage of interchangeable components. Designed with a compact footprint, it is favored for saving important die space. The larger bump cams have optional spring return kits, including nitrogen.

Accu-Bend™ Rotary Bender

The Accu-Bend™ Rotary Bender transfers the vertical motion of the press into a smooth one-motion rotation. The smooth rotation provides a rotary bend process which requires less tonnage and less strain on the material. The Accu-Bend™ Rotary Bender can also include optional pre-configured mounting hole patterns. The saddle liner is a bronze alloy chosen for the ability to hold up to a bearing load with little to no wear while the graphite plugs are included in the bronze liner to provide lubrication. Both rockers and saddles are machined for precision. Compact benders fit in tight places and are ideal for bending small tabs within a larger part.

Accu-Bend™ Rotary Benders are available for simple or modified bends including 90° bends, square, over square, channel, hat bends, zee bends, short leg, under square, and "J" bends.

Accu-Bend™ Construction

The Accu-Bend™ Rotary Benders feature a one-piece saddle and hardened tool steel rocker. The one-piece saddle provides support to the rocker along its entire length. For benders with a rocker diameter greater than 25mm, the saddle includes a bronze liner with self-lubricating graphite plugs.

IEM Accu-Bend™ Rotary Bender

Rockers and saddles are machined for precision and interchangeability. Smooth operation is due, in part, to the natural lubricity of its bronze saddle. In addition, superior life and accuracy is derived from the hardened steel bending lobes that resist wear during repetitive part contact.

Standard Rotary Bender

For larger diameter rockers (35, 50, 65, and 80 mm), a saddle liner of bronze alloy has been chosen for the ability to hold up to a bearing load with little to no wear. Self-lubricating graphite plugs provide lubrication. A solid bronze saddle is used for Rotary Benders with the 20 and 25 mm rockers.

Recognizing that different cam applications have different requirements, Lamina offers four Return Spring Kit Options:

Mechanical - Employs conventional ISO Die Spring - used in cam applications where additional stripping force is not required.

Combination Mechanical/Nitrogen - This unique Lamina design employs an ISO Die Spring in series combination with a Nitrogen Spring. This return system utilizes the mechanical spring for pre-load, keeping the initial contact forces low, while providing high final loads from the nitrogen spring for stripping.

Nitrogen - This return system provides high return spring forces for stripping. By nature of the nitrogen spring, it also has higher initial contact force than other return spring options. This higher initial contact load may result in higher wear on the cam and its accelerator system (where applicable).

Higher Force Nitrogen - Fits the standard gas spring envelope and delivers more force for stripping.

Lamina has been bronze plating precision die and mold components for over 50 years. Because of their standard high quality, Lamina Bronze plated components have long been known for their excellent wearability. Anchor Lamina has recently expanded its services to include bronze plating.

Today, Lamina's bronze plating facility in Bellaire, Michigan is one of the largest dedicated bronze plating facilities in North America.

Bronze Plating Facilities

Lamina's modern bronze plating facility uses automated rack plating. Our bronze plating operation provides a complete metal finishing service. We offer process services for chemical cleaning, aqueous washing, degreasing, and regular sand blasting.

Lamina specializes in the bronze plating of wear surfaces on low and high carbon steel. Our bronze plating line can accommodate single part weights up to 400 lbs. (180 kg) and a part size envelope of 36" x 36" x 96 " (900 x 900 x 2400 mm). Our bronze plating (80% copper 15% tin, 5% trace elements) process can attain a controlled plating thickness in the range of 0.001 to 0.025 inch (0.025 to 0.64 mm). Lempcoloy Plain Bearing Bushings

Lempco

These unique hard coated aluminum bushings have the surface hardness of case hardened steel. An electrochemical process is used to increase the corrosion resistance of the bushings. As a result of this Hard Anodized process, they are also non-conductive, so they may be used for electrical discharge machining. They have a hard surface that is highly resistant to wear and not subject to magnetization. These bushings are for clean room and EDM applications and should not be used in any stamping operation wherein a lot of contaminants are generated.

Lempcoloy® bushings do not require lubrication and therefore are not provided with the conventional figure-eight oil grooves and fittings. While these bushings do not require lubrication, we recommend you apply a light mist of spindle oil prior to assembly and spray lightly prior to each press run.

Lempcoloy® bushings are designed to be installed by tap fitting to seat flush with the ground surface of the punch holder. They are assembled with toe clamps and screws. These bushings must not be pressed in or honed. These Lempcoloy® bushings will work well when used with Lamina plain bearing guide posts.

Lempco now offers Surface Mount Ball Bearing Assemblies, a new low cost alternative added to our die components guiding system product line. This component assembly is mounted directly to the die holder and punch holder rather than the conventional method. Complete assemblies will include the necessary mounting bolts and dowel pins required for installation. Optional tapped mounting holes are available to secure Stroke End Blocks.

Surface Mount Ball Bearing Assemblies are available as stand-alone assemblies or can be mounted to your machined-to-order die set by your die set builder.

The BRAR Reversible Change Retainer is a unique air cylinder type change retainer that gives you the ability to change holepunching patterns quickly and easily.

The BRAR holds the punch in two different locations: one, the NAAMS™ standard location; two, 12mm closer to the front of the retainer. (See drawings for holder configurations.)

This design allows a variety of punch configurations (e.g., right- and left-hand parts); the punch holder can be quickly and easily reversed, then changed back; and lead wires (attached to the control panel) show the on/off status of the cylinder.

Unique Head Design:
All Dayton TuffPunch products are designed with a 10° angled head with a diameter equal to the shank diameter. This design allows the perforating forces to travel up from the shank and completely through the head. This eliminates the lateral shock waves that would otherwise put stress on the outer edge of the head, resulting in frequent failures - especially in heavy-duty applications. Closed End Urethane Strippers assure positive stripping and at the same time dampen punch vibration by gripping around the punch point. Since vibration can lead to premature punch failure, using DAYTON PROGRESS Urethane Strippers will increase overall punch life. The closed end feature holds thin stock flat during the stripping cycle, eliminating the problem of damaging the stock strip.

Because of a unique curing agent, DAYTON's Urethane Strippers develop more load-bearing capacity than similar urethanes. This special curing agent also contributes to consistent pressure ratings.

The body of the closed-end punch stripper is made of fl exible, softer urethane elastomer 95A, enabling defl ections up to 15%.

The 75D durometer hard face is elastic, durable and does not mark the surface of the sheet metal or prepainted material.

The SMARTStrip works similar to a metallic spring stripper plate that is machined to match the face of the punch tip.

Unlike strippers that have a piece of plastic or metal glued to the end, the hard face on the SMARTStrip can not separate from the body.

Headed Strippers

  • The headed design prevents the strippers from falling into die.

Urethane bars are specially-molded die-pads for press brake bending applications. Rods are used as strippers, pressure cylinders, in bulging applications, as tube bending mandrels, & for machining.

Springs/Tubes

The unique single-piece teardrop shape, combined with both a straight and an angled wedge side, holds your ball lock punch securely in place. EZ Fit Inserts reduce cost and downtime - and simplify tooling changeover.

With EZ Fit Inserts you can replace a damaged punch hole but with the competitor’s round insert you cannot. A damaged punch hole means a new retainer unless you use Dayton’s EZ Fit Insert.

Build New or Modify Existing Retainers — Quickly & Easily

The Dayton EZ Fit™ Inserts provide a simple, low-cost solution to building new dies because the inserts utilize a revolutionary design that assures a positive, rigid, and more accurate fit than other inserts on the market.

One side of the insert is cut at an 8° angle to create a wedgeshape that — when combined with the teardrop shape — assures that the insertand retainer fit together as a single unit.

EZ Fit™ Inserts are also ideal for repairing or making engineering changes. When changes occur — and the location(s) of the punches in the die set change(s) — new or reconfigured retainers are required. In-house modification can slow the changeover process; often requires specialized equipment and knowledge; and the integrity of the original retainer can be compromised.

Now — with the help of the all-new Dayton EZ Fit™ Ball Lock Retainer Insert — building new or repairing/retrofitting existing retainers can be simplified and completed in-house at a fraction of the cost of replacing existing retainers!

In-House Modifications

Dayton EZ Fit™ Retainer Inserts can be used to change hole locations in Multi-Position™ Retainers, thus allowing reuse of existing retainers. The process is quick, easy, effective, and far less expensive than part replacement costs. To retrofit, simply wire cut the hole to the specified size. Wire cut EDM instructions are included with each insert, and can be downloaded below.

Dayton EZ Fit™ Inserts are designed to assure tighter, more precise tolerances than other retainer inserts.

The EZ Fit™ unique teardrop shape provides a single, tightly secured receptacle for the punch. One side of the piece (the flat side) is cut at an 8° angle to create a wedge shape. The hole in the retainer is wire cut to create a snug fit.

Available in 4 and 6 wheel units

The CUMSA Marking Unit from Dayton Lamina features 3.8mm (.150") tall easy to read numbers to mark parts with date, part number, lot number or other numerical identifiers. Each wheel features numbers "0" thru "9" plus a blank providing multiple combinations. Available in 4 and 6 wheel configurations, it is a simple process to change the numbers in the self-contained unit.

The unit can be surface mounted in a die, mounted in a pocket, even cam mounted if you have an angular surface. Depth of penetration of the number can be adjusted by grinding or shimming the hard bottom plate of the unit. This allows for proper control of the appearance of the numbers when dealing with different materials.

The CUMSA number wheels are made of tool steel and fully hardened for a long service life. In the event a new wheel is needed, the change is a simple process.

Dayton Lamina Form Punches are available on Versatile, Kommercial, Ball Lock, TuffPunch®, and VersaPlus® round punches, i.e., those designated as standard "X" shaped punches, as shown in Dayton product catalogs.

Product Applications

Form Punches are punches with specially-built point configurations that are designed to perform a variety of punch and die operations, including: extruding, countersinking, embossing, coining, dimpling, staking, drawing, and projecting. (See product pages for additional information on definitions, processes, and individual shapes.)

Manufacturing applications are virtually unlimited. All industries served by metal stamping have a need for non-cutting punches, i.e., punches that move metal without producing a slug.

The shapes shown inside are standard, but are not the only shapes Dayton provides. Others are available with a detailed drawing attached to the order.

No Drawings Required

All point configurations shown is this brochure are "standard" configurations, and require NO detailed drawing(s) of the point. This makes product specifying and ordering easier and faster!

Ordering Information

When ordering, please refer to your individual product catalog, then change the "X" designator to a "W." In addition, specify other dimensions, as shown in the example below. Specify alterations, if applicable.

In the example, the type specified is "VPW." The "VP" is from the Versatile inch catalog. "X" would typically be the third letter for a round punch. It is replaced by a "W" for Form Punch.

37 is the shank diameter; 1322 is the shank and overall length; and 2.235 is the "LA" dimension. P.1875 is the point dimension of the product, and PP.125 is the point dimension of the added point. Also, include additional dimensions, which vary from point to point.

Form Punches are available on standard punch blanks (except D2) as shown in the individual Dayton product catalogs. Form Punches other than those are available as specials: Drawings (prints) are required.

PosiLoc® True Position® retainers guarantee true dimensional accuracy.

Dayton's PosiLoc® Positive Locking Mechanism is designed to eliminate "ball bouncing" in retainers. Bouncing can occur in ball lock retainers because of the impact generated from the new high strength steels—even when heavy-duty springs are used. The bounce typically does not affect the stamping operation at normal levels. However, in high-demand punching—especially when high strength, lighter weight steels are used—bouncing can have a negative effect on punching accuracy and tool life. The Dayton PosiLoc® locking feature is a modification to existing Dayton True Position® Retainers. It prevents the bounce with the help of an adjustable angled setscrew to create a positive lock against the punch by "locking" the retainer ball in position. Dayton Ball Lock Retainers with the PosiLoc® feature also allow punch replacement without disassembly of the die, thus making tool changeover quick and easy.

The hardened backing plug acts as a head on the punch much like press fit punches, but actually produces more support for the load than a press fit punch of the same size. The backing plug is precision ground with the in-line dowel accurately located on the centerline of the punch.

The hardened backing plate has the same function as the backing plug. That is to prevent the punch from sinking into the upper die on impact. Backing plates spread the load over a larger area for very demanding applications where extreme pressures are being exerted and you are looking for extra insurance to minimize sinking into the upper die.

Nanotechnology

Nanotechnology involves the development of materials, devices, and processes at the molecular level. In recent years, scientists have learned to fabricate molecules based on individual, task-specific designs. Today, nanotechnology is being used more and more to develop new, better, and more cost-effective products. One of those products is DAYLube™.

DAYLube™ - The Ultimate in Machine Lubrication

Key components in DAYLube™ are nano ceramic "bearings" that have an affinity for steel, and provide continuous lubrication at the surface. These are fabricated over a calcium sulfonate thickener within a mid-viscosity petroleum-based paste.

ASTME 4-Ball Weld Test

In laboratory tests, DAYLube™ performed extremely well over both standard greases and other so-called "high-performance" lubricants. The following criteria were used:

  • 3 ball bearings submerged in grease
  • 500kg pressure applied to center bearing
  • center ball bearing spun at 10,000 rpm
  • 10 seconds with "no weld" passing grade

In standard grease tests, results showed an instant weld and catastrophic failure of all 4 bearings. In tests with competitive brands, a soft weld occurred after 2 seconds, and there was a complete failure and major damage to all bearings.

Tests with DAYLube™ showed no weld after 10 seconds and minimal damage to all ball bearings.

Product Description

Dayton DAYSet® Compound Tooling is a complete tooling system for producing high-quality, cost-effective stamped products in a single-step operation. The full set includes: an upper punch; a knockout; a die button; a stripper; and a lower punch (compound). All components can be ordered as a set or separately. All tools are designed to standard compound die set configurations, but assemblies can be made to your specifications.

Components include your choice of an ejector or regular punch for the upper assembly. All Dayton punches improve finished part quality and add longer tool life. Ejector punches (Dayton Jektole® Punches) are considered the standard in the industry, providing up to triple the number of cycles between punch regrinds, using increased clearance. Other system components are designed and manufactured to Dayton's high standards.

Master Compound DieDAYSet® Master Compound Die

The DAYSet® pre-assembled Master Compound Die is a precision-made die set that works with the compound tooling to provide a complete system for producing flat blanks (e.g., washers) in a single press stroke.

The DAYSet® Master Compound Die is a two-post steel die set with adjustable guides, a knockout, and a key aligned for irregular shapes. In addition to round shapes, it can be used to manufacture products with irregular shapes.

Tool changeover can be accomplished in under 15 minutes in a master die set (identical registry) without any manual alignment. Changeover to different tooling for a different size or shape part can be accomplished simply by removing screws.

The pre-assembled die set saves both time and money—the cost of specifying, purchasing, assembling, and testing. The DAYSet® Master Compound Die—used with the DAYSet® Compound Tooling—gives you a complete system ready for in-plant use.

All parts are available for replacement, and can be ordered individually.

This short video will demonstrate how quickly you can change tooling. The actual process should take less than 15 minutes.

The complete DAYSet® assembly carries a product number and other pertinent information, as do the individual punches and other punch products. When ordering, please specify quantity, product type, OD, ID, MT (material thickness), total clearance, and class.

Clearance & Class

You can specify any class or clearance based on any thickness you require.

If the total class and clearance are not specified, 10% will be used. The chart below shows the class that will be used based on the thickness of the material. Any class or clearance may be specified for any thickness.

Alterations

Ejectors are available for knockouts (HTXKO). Specify "XEJ" on order. See "How to Order" example below.

Also available are a dowel pin slot on the OD of the knockout (HTXKO) and a dowel pin inserted into the die button to match the slot for radial location of both components. Specify "XRLD" on the order. See example below.
